This past weekend we had the kids a little "pre-birthday pool party!!" The kids have been begging and begging to have a pool birthday party and with October and November birth dates, that's just not possible!! SO......we gave in and let them have a party a little early (ok, a lot early!!). It's a win win for everyone. I get to have their party TOGETHER, which is something they both said they did not want this year, AND, I avoid football season and trying to coordinate with games, times, etc. It was wonderful. It was such a fun time and easy peasy for mommy and daddy!!! We let the kids have lots of pool time, cupcakes and ice cream (made by Mommy and Mimi!!) and lots of free roaming time in the grass to run and be wild! The kids had a blast and got lots of cute goodies -- thanks to everyone who came, it would not have been the same without all our friends, and we have the BEST friends and family in the world!!
