We had such a good Halloween this year. Much better than last year -- this time last year, I was at home recovering from a c-section (no fun at all)!! After we ate Chili and Mexican cornbread (yummy!!) we got the kids all bundled up and went trick-or-treating. Reese did surprisingly well. She said "trick treat" at almost every door we went too!!! Mimi and Poppa came along with us which made for an even better time!! Happy Halloween!!!

Reese didn't wait on anyone to hand her candy, she dove right in for what she wanted EVERY time!!!
we have a lady in the neighborhood that sits on her porch dressed as a witch. Reese didn't realize what she was until it was all over. The rest of the night she said, "scarrrry witch, scare Reese" -- she is still talking about her today!!
time to head back home!
