After we left San Francisco, on our way into Napa, we decided to stop into Muir Woods -- a Redwood Forest. Pictures cannot describe how "mystical" this place is. It is one of the most beautiful, serene places I have ever been. We took pictures, and you can see the trees, but you have to actually "see" the trees in person to get the magnitude of how pretty this place is. Definitely a place everyone should visit......

It's so dark in the forest, it's hard to get a good picture of how wide the base of the tree really is...let's just say my "wing span" didn't even come close to spreading the width of the tree!
