....to have this much fun with a shopping cart!!! Reese is really into shopping/gathering/strolling around the house these days, so we decided she needed a shopping cart. To say she enjoys it is putting it lightly!!! She must walk 3 miles a day around the house pushing this thing -- and she won't push it unless her baby is sitting in it with her -- too cute!!

EVERYTIME we go to the mall, Reese HAS to ride the carousel. Mom is usually with us so she and Reese will ride and Charlie and I will stay back and watch and sit with our stroller/purses, etc. Well, today was Reese's last day of MDO, so, my friend Katie and I met for lunch and a little shopping, and we decided to ride the carousel with the boys.....they loved it. Charlie and Austin both smiled almost the entire time. Thank goodness Katie had her camera to catch these sweet little boy's faces.....I think the pictures speak for themselves!!

Playdate at Jenn's.....

Instead of going to the water park yesterday we went to Jenn's to let the kids play. It was so gross outside and an indoor play date was a nice change of pace for the kids. They had lots of fun destroying Jenn's house -- by the time we left, her floors were covered from wall to wall with toys.....thanks Jenn for letting us play!!!

Meeting Anna Claire

Our friends Billy and Shanna had their baby girl on July 3rd and she is soooooo cute!! Reese is loving all these girls being born.....she's going to teach Anna Claire all she knows one day!!! Congrats Billy and Shanna!!

Happy 4th of July!!!

This was the first year in a LONG time that Joe and I haven't gone somewhere for the 4th, and I must say I have thoroughly enjoyed being home. We have had such a good family weekend. Today we did a little shopping and went to a 4th of July festival -- Reese LOVED it -- they had all kinds of kids things for her to enjoy and there were LOTS of kids there which is always good!! Tonight, we had Jennie, Ingram and Scarlett over for BBQ and then we went and watched fireworks at Joe's bosses house. He lives in an incredible house with an incredible view and it was so nice to sit out and watch the fireworks and not have to fight anyone for a seat!! Happy 4th everyone -- hope yours was as good as ours!!

...that is what Reese says about EVERYTHING now. Just before MDO she was walking around with their blankies saying "Eeeese" (while holding up her blanket) and Charee's (while holding up his!!) She likes to decipher what is his and her's -- and by the way, she thinks most everything is hers!!
