I cannot wait to get a tree!! Looks like Reese had fun decorating!
The blog book is so easy.. just go to blurb.com and download the booksmart program to your computer. It's simple to do, start new book, choose a size (I used large landscape), choose a layout (I like blog to book just because it has a lot of layouts), then check blogger enter your name and password and it imports all your entries for you. Once you get it up and running it is pretty easy to use and you can change anything to your liking. Let me know if you have any questions!!
