Charlie fell off his scooter yesterday while he was riding down a hill too fast.......how do you warn someone over and over who has no fear? Live and learn I guess. He got right back up, blood and all, and rode again. Boys will be boys. He's tough I tell ya!

Mail from Mimi......

My sweet mommy decided she is going to start sending the kids mail from time to time. To see the look on their faces when they realize they have mail is priceless. Such a small gift/thought means so much to them!! Thank you Mimi for making their day! Now if only the ice cream truck would come......if she doesn't come soon, I'm going to lose my mind they're asking so much!!!

Catching Lightning Bugs

Every night the kiddos want to go out in the yard and catch lightning bugs at dusk. It's become a daily ritual and they talk about it all day. Last night, they were in their dress up attire and acting super silly -- had to catch it on camera! Love these kiddos so much!!

A Little Dress Up......

I wandered into the play room this afternoon and found Reese dressing her baby sister in her dress up clothes. At first it was all fun and games......Round one was ok with Mia.......

 "Ta-daaaaaaaaa" Reese said!

 Then it was on to round 2........Mia still cooperating, but starting to get a little irritated with her big sis.......

 Reese kept telling her, "be still Mia, don't you want to be fashionable!!!" I'm in the background about to wet my pants.......when did Reese learn what "fashionable" was anyways?!?!?!

 By now, Mia was SO over it!!

 She was so mad!!

 Reese was so proud! She kept telling Mia, "let's have a fashion show!" Lord help my littlest one.....she's going to have to put up with this for many many years!!!

Sweet Mia

My sweet Mia is on her 5th ear infection in 3 months. Boo. Bless her heart, she gets all the germs from big brother and sister. I do everything I can to keep her well, but she cannot keep ear infections at bay. She will have to get tubes next Thursday, May 10th. Charlie had tubes and it helped so very much, I pray that is the case with Mia and she can get some relief soon. We went to the doctor on Monday and she said her ears were so yucky. Poor, poor baby. Please keep her in your prayers next week.
