It's that time of year again, the Tour de la France is on and Joe is obsessed with watching it. This year, he has a buddy. Charlie stays right with Joe whenever he get's the chance and watching this super fascinating (yea right) event on TV is no different......look how intense Charlie looks in the second picture. He was really into it, believe it or not!!
