Pumpkin Patch Express

Going to the Pumpkin Patch is one of my favorite things about fall. I love all the colors, the cooler weather (well, usually cooler, it was 90 degrees here yesterday), the leaves changing.....such a nice time of year. On Sunday we took the kids on a train ride (a real train -- not a little zoo train or a park train, a real engine driven train car!) that drove us out to a pumpkin patch. There was LOTS to do once we got there, their were hayrides, lots and lots of inflatables, a jump-er-roo (Charlie's favorite), a corn maze, and more pumpkins than you can imagine. The kids each got to pick out a pumpkin, then it was time to re-load the train for the ride back to the station. Such a good time.....

The driver came and sat by Reese and Charlie while we picked up our tickets......

......not sure they knew what to think of him!!

everyone's looking, yayyyyyy!!!

ALL ABOARD!!

They're not all smiling, but at least we got them all in the same pic!

The girls

the boys!

we had to PULL Charlie out of the jump-er-roo......he would stay in there for hours!

corn maze......this was such a cute idea!!

I want this pumpkin Mommy!!

"I'll do it"......that's what he say's about everything, he thinks he's so big!

Reese found her special pumpkin too!!

she really could carry it!! Got her pumpkin, got her flower, she's ready to go!!

So "thirs-tree"......that's how she say's thirsty?!?!

bye bye Pumpkin Patch!!

Scarlett could take no more!!

Once we got home, both the kiddos passed out......not a good idea for a one year old and a two year old to skip naptime!! So much fun today though!!
